Pulled in July 7th just after dark.
Fairly good trip with no issues. Cottage faired winter well with no surprises. Tom cut and fitted I -beam for under the cottage back porch and milled up back porch flooring. I provided transportation of materials
Throughout the summer I had a few visitors of the community and some wild life
I got a little done starting the straightening project before I handed “white lightning “off to Tom at airport.
Update on back porch , as I removed the one rotten board I realized that the back porch will need some extra pieces to do the proper repairs and maybe without the back porch in place it would be easier to replace the beam under the cottage on that side. I made some minor repairs to the back porch to make it safe and we will figure out what to do next. Any thoughts?
