Dear Cottager,
We would like to inform you that the Ministry will continue to phase in the approved rental rates for your cottage lot in Algonquin Provincial Park.
Your invoice for 2020 rent and service fees will be issued on October 15, 2020.
Due to the delay in issuing 2020 rent invoices, the Ministry will also delay issuing rent invoices for 2021. Normally, annual invoices are issued in November of the previous year. However, the 2021 rent invoices will be issued on April 15, 2021. This will provide leaseholders with six months between payment due dates.
